From the creator of cocktails such as the Pistachio Sour and the Mandarino Negroni, Sandeep Kumar will share with you tips and tricks on how to elevate your favourite cocktail, or help you create a new one... but the sipping has to be done by you!

All of this will be concocted by you and your guests in the plush, private setting of The Wise King in the heart of Central: an intimate space with velvet seats and golden Damask style wallpaper, inspired by Alfonso X of Castile, a 13th-century Spanish monarch who allegedly contributed to the creation of the country's culinary tradition.

Sandeep Kumar is the founder of The Wise King, Sandeep Kumar, from Bangalore, India, has 20 years of experience and has made his mark in the bar industry worldwide. He currently resides in Hong Kong.

Sandeep Kumar has spent his life working with thoughtful and creative cocktails, becoming a distinctive and respected bartender. Under the long-time tutelage of Giancarlo Mancino, he has molded and created a cocktail style that could be described as Classic with a contemporary style.

Since he became the first Indian Bacardi Grand Prix National Champion in 2006 and was again bestowed the coveted title in 2008, his name has been ringing in the bartending world.
