About This Lot

Dr Wilson Cheung a glaciologist and polar explorer, is the first Hongkonger to serve as a mountain guide in Antarctica, the Arctic and the Swiss Alps. Wilson was honoured as one of the “Ten Outstanding Young Persons (TOYP) of the World” in 2025 and featured in The Explorers Club “50 Explorers Changing the World” in 2022. He is also a Fellow of the International Arctic Science Committee and the Scientific Committee on Antarctic Research.

This exclusive adventure includes a three-day journey in the Swiss Alps and two nights in a high-alpine hotel (~2,200 m) with full-board. Hike the Eggishorn ridge, stand on the iconic Aletsch Glacier, try via ferrata and ice climbing, and glimpse the hidden subglacial world—all while learning from a working Arctic scientist. Return cable-car tickets within the glacier region and full guiding and safety leadership by Dr Cheung are included.
